It is the customer’s responsibility to be in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws regarding the purchase and ownership of firearms. Olympia Arms Exchange & Sales, LLC follows all Federal, State and Local laws concerning the sale and transfer of all firearms.

Customers are required to agree to the following statements:

• I UNDERSTAND I MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE HANDGUNS/ AMMUNITION AND 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE LONG GUNS AND I AM NOT PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAW FROM RECEIVING FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION
• I UNDERSTAND I MUST UNDERGO A BACKGROUND CHECK PRIOR TO RECEIVING ANY HANDGUN OR LONG GUN.
• I UNDERSTAND IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS REGARDING FIREARM TRANSFER/OWNERSHIP AND THE POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION
• I UNDERSTAND THAT THE FIREARM(S) I HAVE PURCHASED WILL BE SHIPPED TO A LOCAL FFL TRANSFER DEALER AND MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE PURCHASER WITH VALID IDENTIFICATION

Note: Knowing and abiding to State and/or Local laws/restrictions prohibiting the possession/ownership of any item Olympia Arms Exchange & Sales, LLC sells is the customer's responsibility. Any merchandise credit required for not complying with the forementioned is subject to a 20% re-stocking charge and any shipping charges incurred. 

Washington residents’ orders will be taxed at 7.9%. Residents taking possession in other states other than Washington take full responsibility for any possible sales or use taxes incurred. Washington residents receiving firearms from out of state  FFL licensees are subject to use tax not exceeding 7.9% of purchase price. 

Once a new firearm is transferred to a buyer/transferee, it is considered USED, even if unfired. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All return goods/cancelled orders after payment will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Returns must be authorized within 3 days of receipt/inspection. If item is purchased via online auction site or layaway and buyer fails to fulfill payment commitments, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping is not refundable. Any firearm that has been fired is not eligible for OAES return. Please contact manufacturer directly for warranty service. NOTE: Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition.

Washington State Residents

Our store policy is to not release any firearms to any purchaser or transferee without first receiving a "Proceed" on the purchaser or transferee's background check, whether from the FBI or the Chief Law Enforcement Officer, regardless of Concealed Pistol License status. We will not release a firearm if 10 business days have passed since the background check was initiated and we have not received a response from one of these agencies.
