Washington State Use Tax applies to all firearm purchases and incoming transfers when purchased out of state. This does not apply to private party transfers when both parties are present. If paying with credit card, a 3% fee will be added to the tax amount. 

First Responders, Military, Veteran, Law Enforcement, Healthcare. This fee also applies to prior customers wishing to facilitate a transfer from a third party vendor only. 

At this time, we may not accept ANY incoming firearm transfer from a third party vendor, unless you are a previous customer.  Please call us prior to choosing us as a transferring FFL. 

Starting July 1, 2019, the State of Washington has mandated an $18 tax/fee on EACH purchase or transfer of all semi-automatic assault rifles. This fee will be collected at the time of transfer in addition to the above dealer transfer fees.  This fee is remitted to the Washington Department of Licensing.

We will place your firearm on auction websites to help you get the most out of your used firearms. 

Covers 2019 WA State requirements for purchasing any Semi-Auto firearm.  One-on-one private instruction by NRA Certified Instructor. Notarized affidavit provided. 

Course will cover :

• Basic firearms safety rules,
• Firearms and children, including secure gun storage and talking to children about gun safety,
• Firearms and suicide prevention,
• Secure gun storage to prevent unauthorized access and use,
• Safe handling of firearms, and
• State and federal firearms laws, including prohibited firearms transfers.
